How to make a health oat & strawberry breakfast smoothie

Defrost strawberries if frozen. Simply run cold water over the berries.

Add strawberries to the bottom of the blender.

Add milk

Add oats. The oatmeal I used was an instant microwavable package, original flavored. Before i used it I soaked it in water as if I was going to make it in the microwave for breakfast.

Add banana.

Add sugar

Add extract. Turns out I didn't have vanilla so I used almond.

Blend all ingredients together.

ENJOY!!!

This smoothie is for one serving but I got it from a website that allows you to change the serving amount- http://allrecipes.com/recipe/strawberry-oatmeal-breakfast-smoothie/?scale=1&ismetric=0

2 servings :) I drank from mine tho and even with the almond extract (instead of vanilla) it tastes great!
